Shipping

We ship from Springfield, MO. Standard shipping is $8.99. Free shipping on orders over $75. Delivery time depends on the carrier and the destination. When an order ships, we send tracking to the email on the order.

Local pickup

Prefer to pick up? Mention it in your order note or call (417) 869-0233. Shop hours are listed in the footer. Find us at the Farmers Market of the Ozarks most Saturdays from 8am to 1pm.

Returns and replacements

Many items are food. We generally cannot accept returns of opened goods. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with your order number and photos, and we will make it right with a replacement or another resolution we agree on.

Refunds

If we agree to refund a card payment, the refund is sent back through Authorize.net to the card that paid. We will email you when we submit it. Your bank decides when the credit appears.

Payment

Online checkout takes the card payment on Authorize.net's hosted page. We do not store the full card number. You can also place an order by phone at (417) 869-0233.
